The Hong Kong model looked more plump than usual at a recent event

Is she pregnant or not?
According to the Hong Kong media, singer Leon Lai's wife Gaile Lok attended a recent event, looking more plump than usual, even though she was decked fully in black.
Gaile's face appeared rounder and her arms were thicker than before. The media also noted that there was a slight bump in the model's tummy and speculated that she was already three months pregnant.
The bump was especially obvious when Gaile walked down the stage. Throughout the event, the model's manager and staff held onto her, further fuelling the pregnancy rumours.
Neither Gaile nor her management agency was available for comment.
It is believed that Gaile had always wanted a son and had once said that she would consider artificial insemination if she isn't able to conceive naturally.
This is not the first time Gaile is rumoured to be pregnant. Last December, Gaile was said to be two months' pregnant, but her flat stomach in February debunked the rumours.
