Kayi Cheung attended the (Happy People celebrate Anniversary event) and played games with the audience. She asked the audience to vote for the nominees for the TVB award ceremony. Kayi laughed and said she has already chosen who she would like to be the TV King and Queen which is Ha Yu and Michelle Yim. As for the Best supporting artistes she had chose Tavia Yeung and Wayne Lai. Although Kayi had not filmed a TV series she smiled and said she had been discussing with the producers. She hope's to try and act in an ancient series. She said "While I was competing in Miss Hong Kong. A makeup artist said I had the ancient look. Also I would like to try comedy because the dialogue in ancient series is quite difficult. So that's why she should start out basic to hard. She believes the comedy dialogue will be easier". Kayi said she hopes in the future she she will be able to be part of the Award Ceremony and receive an award, She even prepared her script. She laughed "I hope I can say on stage, while competing in Miss Hong Kong I experienced a lot. Now I finally recieved award. Which proves I can do it and my hard work has paid off".

Janet Chow is not getting married to Timmy Hung yet
Janet Chow, Sharon Chan, Charmaine Lee and Kayi Cheung promoted a new TV series "Cashmere Mafia" at TVB Pearl yesterday. There were reports that Janet was going to marry Timmy Hung. Reporters noticed she was wearing a ring on her third finger, Janet explained "My mom gave me this ring. My parents got married only after 9 months together and they had a lot of marital problems. I intend to get to know a person well before I marry him, it may take up to 2 years. I only met Timmy 6 months ago. I won't get engaged to him so soon. Anyway, we are not dating, we are just good friends." . Reporters asked if Timmy is chasing after her, Janet replied "I don't know, I am a bit slow to respond." Janet disclosed that all she wants to do now is to earn more money to buy herself a flat.

Bernice Liu laughs at the magazine reports and says they have good taste

Bernice Liu and Kayi Cheung attended an function in Tsuen Wan yesterday. Both of them demonstrated wrapping wontons. Bernice appeared to be quite familiar with it but Kayi was in abit of a mess. In the end she only made 4. As for reports claiming Bernice and Moses Chan wearing matching couple style rings and hinting they were dating. Bernice expressed that she wanted to Thank the magazine in takingt time to write the news story. She said "I just felt that the report was very funny. If you wear the same style ring then you are an couple? Actually this style of ring is very trendy, many people will buy the same brand of jewerelly to follow the trend. This proves that the magazine has good taste. I have always liked to buy rings and have many different styles."
It was also reported that this year's TVB's Awards ceremony will change its format. Nominees for each series will be limited. Many artistes have not been able to be nominated and even Moses Chan cannot depend on "Moonlight Resonance" to be nominated for the TV King award. When Bernice heard about it she nervously said "Then am I included in the nominations?". She claimed that the ceremony was an chance for everyone to look beautiful and can also be part of a memory for her younger years. Even if she had no awards it didn't matter. Bernice expressed that when she was in Canada her father opened a restaurant, so when she had the time she would help out. She claimed she was mostly good at making cakes and roast chicken. Asked if she had cooked for her boyfriend before? She immediately avoided discussing about it "I will be releasing a book soon, it will be around October. It's a book that has recipes that people and their pet dogs can eat together. Actually when I have time now I would cook for my dogs".

Kayi Cheung has just signed an artist contract with TVB. As for Erica Yuen scolding TVB because of the contract, Kayi said that every individual has different requests. She personally felt TVB have been very nice to her and allowed her to read the contract details very carefully before signing. Erica said a day ago that Miss Hong Kong's are gold diggers but Kayi did not think the Miss Hong Kong image was bad. She also stated that everyone has their privacy, even if someone is buying stocks it doesn't mean that they have a bad image. She personally claimed that she didn't know Tracey Ip or Erica well. But has bumped into Tracey while working.
