Unilaterally announcing her breakup from Gregory Lee (李泳豪) in June this year, Shirley Yeung (楊思琦) was photographed in a heavily pregnant state in Los Angeles, USA by Next Magazine. Yesterday TVB thanked its sponsors by having a banquet at a Hotel. All the artists who have a contract with the company performed in the function “TVB sponsors support” to thank their support and hard work.
Due to the economy downturn TVB thanked its sponsors for supporting them by having a huge banquet with several tables for the sponsors. Apart from thanking them there was a huge party and there were a group of artists performing dance and music.
On the night a few artists couldn’t make it such as Tavia Yeung and Roger Kwok but the rest of the TVB artists along Amigo Chui and Wong Cho Lam were the MCs and organized for 12 artists to do several activities.
The “TVB sponsors support” function organised 18 programs. TVB’s manager Stephen Chan made a speech first, and then followed a Dragon Dance by Lee Sze kei, Susanna Kwan, Moses Chan and Bowie Lam. All the artists split into two groups and walked on stage one by one to give their New Year wishes. Other performances were all dance and music. Raymond Lam, Linda Chung, Bosco Wong, Kate Tsui, Charmaine Sheh and Kevin Cheng and so on performed songs for the audience and the ‘dance group” with Ron Ng, Ng Ka Lok, Shirley Yeung and so on performened a spectacular dance. Even the 2009 Miss Chinese International Christine Kuo was asked to perform on stage as well. All of the artists did all they could to thank their sponsors.

Shirley Yeung tried out sponsored clothing yesterday. She was often criticised for her taste in clothes. To avoid being criticised at this year's TVB Anniversary she prepared her outfit earlier with her Management. She chose a elegant low cut sexy evening gown so that she could show off her good figure. As for Sonija Kwok who prepared a sexy outfit earlier. Shirley smiled and said "I don't mind being compared to others. It's just once a year of course we have to be beautiful". Shirley Yeung Says "Bob" Haircut Is Cute
Yesterday Shirley Yeung attended "The Link Kaleidoscopic Philippine Fiesta" at a shopping centre where she played numerous games with the audience and sang songs. When Shirley was young, she had once went to the Philippines with her parents and still wants to go there today. However, Shirley will be doing some travelling promotional filming in Singapore, hope she will have a good trip!
Shirley had recently attending the lighting ceremony for the 41st TVB Anniversary where she wore pink with a bob hairstyle to match it. On the other hand, many fa dans gave this an opportunity to "show-off". Maggie Siu wore a low-cut dress whereas others revealed their jewellery and therefore, made Shirley's look less obvious. Shirley herself states that she has read the news lately, but she is not unhappy. At first, she was going to change hairstyles and wear a wig, and even thinks the bob haircut is quite cute. Shirley Yeung fully supports Linda Chung
"EEG's Singing Contest" will be held tonight. Yesterday Raymond Lam, Deep Ng and Shirley Yeung appeared together at the blessing ceremony. Shirley stated she will host the show with Deep Ng and Amigo Chui. Although it's her first time hosting a singing contest she wasn't worried if she was criticised for her performance, most important is that she will do her best. Recently several TVB artistes such as Myolie Wu and Linda Chung etc were releasing albums. Shirley expressed that she liked singing and that her voice was okay. She also praised good friend Linda Chung's album very good. As to whether she will release her own album, she said that would be up to the company to arrange. "Earlier Linda gave me an album, I fully support her".
It will also be Deep Ng's first time hosting and he is very nervous about it. "EEG's Singing Contest" will be held tonight. Yesterday Raymond Lam, Deep Ng and Shirley Yeung appeared together at the blessing ceremony. Shirley stated she will host the show with Deep Ng and Amigo Chui. Although it's her first time hosting a singing contest she wasn't worried if she was criticised for her performance, most important is that she will do her best. Recently several TVB artistes such as Myolie Wu and Linda Chung etc were releasing albums. Shirley expressed that she liked singing and that her voice was okay. She also praised good friend Linda Chung's album very good. As to whether she will release her own album, she said that would be up to the company to arrange. "Earlier Linda gave me an album, I fully support her".

He will get advice from experienced host Amigo Chui and had written his lines on to a card which will certainly help his memory. Heart Of Greed III not planned

The final episode of "Moonlight Resonance" was shown yesterday and TVB organized a big reunion in a shopping mall. They treated 600 fans for a traditional Chinese banquet. Some outside audience also joined in, making a big turn out of over 1000 people watching the final episode together.
"Moonlight Resonance" is the sequel of "Heart Of Greed" and yet its popularity has been overwhelming. Stephen Chan, the general manager expressed that "Moonlight Resonance" is the final Chapter, there won't be a third sequel.
Not all the cast was there yesterday. Moses and Fala were in Malaysia. Louise Lee appeared as "Pink Lady". Linda, Shirley and Tavia were dressed in sexy clothes. Kate was all covered up in contrast to the others.
The cast were asked if they were interested on working on the 3rd sequel. They all said they were interested. But Stephen said "There won't be a 3rd sequel. We have already had cakes as the theme, we ought to think of something else." Stephen reckoned the cast had so much pressure filming the two sequels, a new sequel will not match the success of the other two.
