On 11/1, TVB artists Macy Chan and Queenie Chu were in Okinawa, Japan filming a travel show for TVB’s Pay Channel when they got into a serious car accident. Their car flew off the side of the mountain and crashed into the ditch below – luckily, the two artists were not seriously injured. Afterwards, TVB arranged for Macy and Queenie to return to HK and go to the hospital for checkup and treatment.
After the accident, Macy Chan’s boyfriend Eric Suen blasted TVB for their harshness and lack of concern for artists’ safety. The day before yesterday, Eric personally picked up his girlfriend from the hospital and also continued to criticize TVB for their lack of respect towards artists. Former TVB artist Wong Hei also voiced his support for Eric on Weibo and recounted how when he was injured after getting into a car accident over a year ago while filming a Mt. Everest special for TVB, the company neglected him and was indifferent to his plight.

Yesterday, a promotional event was held for the new TVB series "Pages Of Treasures" and cast which attended include; Eric Suen, Vivien Yeo, Sonija Kwok, Wayne Lai, Chun Pui, Sharon Chan and Shirley Yeung. Rumored boyfriend Eric and girlfriend Vivien bump into each other once more. When Eric arrives at the scene, Vivien held onto Sharon - looking as if she didn't feel comfortable with his presence. When reporters requested for the two to take a photo, they would find someone else to stand in the middle. In the end, Shirley was made to fit that role.

Hacken dressed as Alan Tam and Eason was Bob Marley lookalike
It was TVB Jade Singers Anniversary Celebration last night. The celebration changed into male and female singers contest. Eason imitates Jamaica singer Bob Marley, Cholam Wong as Boy George, Eric Suen as Johnny Depp in his pirate's costume. For the female singers, Jade Kwan dressed up as Avril Lavigne, Kary Ng as land lady Qui Yuen in "Kung Fu" and Linda Chung imitates Marilyn Monroe. Singer queen Joey dressed up as Uma Thurman and Miriam was 山口百惠 . Kay Tse was Audrey Hepurn lookalike and Ah Sa was Priscilla Chan. Vincy dressed up as a catwoman whereas Hacken Lee was imitating Alan Tam in his heyday as one of the "Wynners". Wylien Chiu and Renee Dai as "Chopsticks" and Leo Ku was Harry Porter

Vivien Yeo praised Eric Suen as a family man
Vivien Yeo, Tavia Yeung and Fala Chan attended the charity auction activities yesterday. They had also donated their personal items to the charity auction.
Earlier on , a magazine reported Vivien was in tears when she saw her rumored boy friend Eric Suen hugging a girl. Vivien made a serious replied " they (magazine) can't create that sort of news to boast their sales. That would hurt other people.(meaning Eric?) Eric is not like that. He is a very responsible person who looks after his family very well. Otherwise, I wouldn't be his friend. We couldn't have split up as we haven't even started. This type of gossip is nonsense."
The reporter reminded Vivien that in the party, two girls saw her cried. She replied " I don't know who they are. They were probably uninvited. They can't speak for me . Bobby Au Yeung and Akina Hong took a flight to Sabah Malaysia to attend an event yesterday. However not sure whether it was the cause of torrential rain and thunder lightning conditions as they experienced a severe turbulence. The plane had to have an emergency landing at one of nearest airports. The recent weather conditions have been very bad with continuous torrential rain, and thunder storms. The Hong Kong Observatory upgraded the storm to a “black” warning. Bobby, William So, Michael Tong and Akina Hong departed to Sabah yesterday afternoon to appear as guests at a Sabah Shopping mall. The flight experience was terrifying and passengers were screaming, some felt dizziness. The plane had an emergency landing to the nearest airport. After 2 hours later, they safety reached their destination.

TVB’s new series “新網中人” (The remake of "The Good, The Bad And The Ugly") held a praying ceremony yesterday. The cast who attended were Wayne Lai, Eric Suen, Sonija Kwok, Shirley Yeung and Vivien Yeo. Lead role Wayne Lai who is favoured by producer Miu Siu Ching arranged kissing scenes especially for him and Sonija Kwok.
Wayne expressed that he felt Sonija had gained a lot of experience in the field and had matured as a person. He had also seen a big improvement in her acting. Yesterday they both filmed an arguing scene. The Producer had asked Wayne to discuss matters about the kissing scenes with his wife. But Wayne explains that his wife is very supportive about his acting. She will not complain but if she does it’s mainly because she feels his acting is poor.
Due to Sonija’s character in the series, she had to learn to make clay handicrafts. Yesterday she took some tools with her to the filming location. “I really enjoy making clay handicrafts, I will carry on after dinner and watching TV". Her handicraft teacher Griselda Yeung (Tavia Yeung’s sister) also complimented on her work.
