Ron Ng's girlfriend Zhang Xinyu was recently suspected of uploading a photo of herself on the actor's microblog at around 1am on Dec 7.

According to the Hong Kong media, Xinyu may have been prompted to do to quell any rumours of a blossoming romance between Ron and fellow actress Kate Tsui. The actor was spotted wearing couple rings with fellow actress Kate Tsui.

In response, Xinyu posted pictures of Ron and her wearing matching couple tees and declare that she and Ron also share a pair matching rings.

At the annual TVB awards days ago, Ron and Kate appeared on the show as a pair of on-screen couple, which was said to have enraged Xinyu, causing her to post a photo of her in bed on Ron's microblog.

Michael Miu, Ng Ka Lok and Toby Leung appeared at a basketball competition. Because it was Mothers day yesterday, the three of them brought their families to come support the team which was a wonderful way to celebrate Mother’s Day. Even the competition became a “family day out”.

Yesterday “Panasonic’s Educational basketball invitational tournament” was held at Mong Kok’s indoor courts. Many artists attended to show their support including Ron Ng, Toby Leung, Lee San San, Ng Ka Lok, Michael Tao, Annie Man and Michael Tse. Even though the team lost 43-56 the event was still very exciting and lively. One of the stars, Michael Miu even brought his 14 year old son Murphy who was cheering for the team. Don’t look down on Murphy for being young because he was focused on the game and he wasn’t disrespectful.

Michael Miu laughed “He’s played basketball for 4 years but I can’t really play. I rather golf and bowling (How did you celebrate mother’s day?) My kids were in charge of the gifts and got her flowers. We will also be going to have a meal to celebrate!”

Ng Ka Lok brought his wife and his daughter to the function. He left his son at home. Ng Ka Lok hasn’t played basketball for two years. But he especially attended this function to support the team.
