Joyce Cheng Debut Album (CD+DVD)
She has been there in the show business for so long it's easy to overlook the fact that Joyce Cheng is still a young and budding artist. But now she can finally make her formal debut in pop music with her first album! The former child celebrity has often been underrated as a singer, even though she's got quite an exceptional voice and has earned much goodwill for her singing and dancing talents. Joyce's long-awaited debut album comes with her first official single, the titular hit ballad called "People with Stories", on which she demonstrates her outstanding vocals and touching delivery.
On the 10-track album one can find the TVB drama theme songs "Nobody's Perfect" (from the sitcom Off Pedder for which Joyce made her acting debut) and "Intuition" (from Speech of Silence). There are also two Mandarin songs, namely the animated movie Little Gobie 3D's theme song "Dream Flight" and the Diane Warren-composed, Lin Xi-written inspirational song "The Power to Suffer", in addition to Joyce's lovely cover of the perennial holiday favorite 12 Days of Christmas. The accompanying DVD offers 4 music videos.

Yelling

The most awarded Hong Kong singer in 2008, Canto-pop sensation Kay Tse seeks to defend the crown this year with a slew of new projects. After starring in her first movie Love Connected and providing Cantonese dubbing for the anime hit Ponyo on the Cliff, Kay is set to hold her first solo concert at the Hong Kong Coliseum in May, and release her new album titled Yelling before that. The new album contains 10 songs, including her first chart-topping hit in 2009, "Zhu Yingtai", the second plug "Song of the Year", the concert theme song "Yelling", and the Mandarin version of her 2008 mega hit song "The Street of Wedding Invitation", re-titled "Farewell Party".
This new edition comes with a Bonus DVD containing music videos to 3 new songs and 9 popular past hits.
last - Nicholas Tse

Having focused mainly on acting in the last few years, Nicholas Tse finally returns to music with his new Mandarin release Last, his first album in almost three years. In a new sales move for the Chinese pop industry, Last was actually first released in China as a digital album in March before getting a store release in April. The album's title, chosen by Nic himself, has inspired rampant speculation about whether Last might be his last album.
Featuring Nic as a handsome fighter pilot in the album photowork, Last comes with ten tracks, two of which are already familiar hits - "Can It Be?" (Track 4), the theme song to the movie Beast Stalker, and "Terminal Station" (Track 3), the opening theme of his period drama The Spirit of the Sword. Nic brings out the rock vocals for some signature hot-blooded numbers like second plug Tonight, which comes in both Mandarin and Cantonese versions.

Edmond Hits 48 New + Best Selections (3CD) (Silver Version)

On December 18, 2008, singer Edmond Leung is set to enter a new stage in his life, marrying his girlfriend of many years. Whether this will spell a change in focus for him is still too early to tell, but one thing about his career is certain: he is entering his 20th year in the music industry, so the time is ripe for a new best-of compilation album.
Having emerged from the star-making New Talent singing competition in 1989, he spent over ten years with record label Capital Artists, winning fans with his trademark slow-tempo ballads. After a brief stint at EMI, his career reached a higher plateau after signing with Gold Label. He has continued to put out hits in recent years, even earning himself the designation as one of the "Four New Heavenly Kings" by Pop Principal Alan Tam.
For starters, the album title Edmond Hits 48 is not a reference to his age, but the number of tracks on the three-disc set. The comprehensive collection includes all his most memorable songs over the years, from early favorites like "Don't Want to Be Alone", "Three Wounded Hearts", and "The Man in the Closet", to his more recent hits like "8 Mile" and "The Armada". Also included is the megahit "Seven Friends" which won Commercial Radio's Song of the Year, "Romantic" which he composed, "Roll" which he duets with Miriam Yeung, and a new song, Edmond's wedding theme "Double Happiness".

Bosco is no stranger to singing, having sung a few TV drama and cartoon theme songs since 2005. One such song, "Which Day" (ending theme of the 2006 series Dicey Business), can be found on Track 6 of the album, which also features his first plug, the ballad "Love You Everyway" (Track 1) and the fast-tempo second plug Hey Boy (Track 2).
