Gigi Lai appeared as a catwalk model for the “South African Diamond Show”. Gigi wore a pair of 20 carats diamond earrings, she commented that she had never seen diamonds this big before. This year marks the 10th anniversary of China and South Africa alliance, the South African embassy in Hong Kong held events to demonstrate the country’s culture, a South African jewellery company invited Gigi to display jewels worth $50 million at the fashion show.
