Edwin Siu suffers from dermatitis when filming ancient series

Actor Edwin Siu (蕭正楠) suffered from dermatitis when filming new series, Wulin Revival (翻生武林) at Tseung Kwan O TVB City and said: "We started to film the series in mid month and I had been sleeping on the floor for 3 days. Perhaps I was bitten by insect at that time." He disclosed his left hand was itchy and painful: "There is something on my hand and I assume it will be alright after rinsing with cold water. But it causes an allergy and my legs and back have it as well."

Subsequently, Edwin went to visit a skin specialist and need to take medicine and go for injection. The doctor pointed that he suffered from dermatitis after bitten by insect. However, Edwin was worried about having sweat when wearing ancient costume and assumed he had chicken pox in the first place.

When asked if his girlfriend, Priscilla Wong (黃翠如) felt heart pain for him, Edwin said: "She accompanies me to see doctor and calls me everyday to take medicine. (Helps him to apply cream?) No need. I do not feel itchy. (Feels hard to film ancient series during summer?) Nope. My clothes is thinner compared to others and I will prepare more stuff to reduce dehydration." He added his good friend, Raymond Cho (曹永廉) told him to carry umbrella for his future father in-law, John (David Chiang, 姜大偉) in order to reduce dehydration: "John is very strong he has a fan and umbrella."
