Louis Koo Tin Lok, Sean Lau Ching Wan Fu and Stephy Tang attended the opening ceremony for new movie, “Poker King” 《撲克王》yesterday. Louis Koo’s character will be a Poker master in the movie, and he will have a showdown with Sean Lau. Stephy’s character will be a gambling addict; she will play Louis’ girlfriend.

Several days ago, Louis was discovered in considering the purchase of a $150 million (HKD) Repulse Bay luxury property. Louis acknowledged that he saw the property, but did not Wan Fut to discuss further as this was a family matter.

In “Poker King,” Louis’ character will be an eccentric and highly skilled poker player. Prior to filming, Louis spent time learning poker playing skills and the habits of gamblers. After training for 1 month, he achieved improvement in his skills, but his hands became a bit paralyzed. "Each day, I practiced poker skills, whether I am eating or chatting with friends. Finally, I know a few card tricks.”

Although Stephy plays Louis’ girlfriend in “Poker King,” there will not be any intimate scenes between the pair. Since Stephy has not collaborated with highly experienced actors such as Sean and Louis before, she was a bit nervous in working with the senior actors. Although Stephy’s character was a gambling addict, she did not like men who gamble. What other qualities did Stephy dislike in a boyfriend? "He can not be obsessed with video games because I am not interested in them. I do not like it if he were to force me to play video games with him; he should make concessions."

Recently there were rumors that Stephy’s company intends to pull over Theresa Fu Wing’s fans to support Stephy instead. Due to Theresa’s loss of fans, this has troubled Theresa and Stephy. The matter will be handled by Stephy’s company. "I have to find out more details about the incident. My company is dealing with it. I can not elaborate further, but the reports are not true."
