A trial listen session of Leo’s upcoming album ‘Guitar Fever’ was held on Wednesday night. A professional stereo system worth HKD 3 million was used so as to share with fans the excellent sound quality of all songs. Present at the event were Mark Lui, the producer of the album, and Ernest, a member of the band Tai Gik.

Leo plans to release a series of four high quality sound albums in the coming two years. When asked if he is trying to follow Hacken’s idea, he said,” A lot of people in the market are doing this. The way I’m producing my album is different from Hacken’s. I bought his albums too. (Are the costs very high?) Yes, but we won’t cut down on album promotion just because of this. Earlier on 600k was spent setting up a forest backdrop for MV, and just recently I went to Tokyo for another MV shooting. This is my first time having so many different album covers – a total of five!”

Leo then revealed that the seemingly challenging poses were done with a trick. He said,” All the pictures were actually taken with me lying on the floor. We wanted to present a more energetic visual effect. This was by far the most strenuous album shooting session. As I had to constantly lift my head from the floor, my neck felt strained for five days after that.”
