Bernice Liu and Winnie Yeung made an appearance at La Mer’s ‘Message from the Ocean’ cocktail party. The two spoke of their skin care regimes and resembled angels as they wore white frocks.
Bernice revealed that when filming ‘Survivors Law’ in the early days of her career, she had injured herself during an action scene, which has left an inch long scar on her face. Bernice commented, “Broken glass shards cut my cheek causing it to bleed severely. But because I was a newcomer then, it would not have been acceptable for me to carry on about it so I did not treat it properly. As a result, a scar was left but it is nothing major. Thankfully, the make-up we now use to film in HD can cover it up.”
In regards to Vivien Yeo receiving sexually harassing phone calls, Bernice expressed that she has not experience it before but she recommended Vivien to change her phone number. Bernice advised, “I don’t pick up any calls that do not show a caller ID. As for the gifts and letters I receive, people from my company have a look at them before it is given to me, so I do not have to worry.”
