Sleeping Princess

After Kelly had completed the premiere for "An Empress And The Warriors" in HK, she had went to Singapore for promotion. In the event, Kelly was supported by thousands of fans and had even sang the movie theme song with them. After that she will go with Leon to Korea to continue on the movie promotion. At present, the box-office records for the movie across Asia is extremely satisfactory.

In the movie, Kelly was wounded by a poison needle but was saved by Leon. In order to film the scene which he treated her, they had close skin contact. After filming for days, Leon finally exposed Kelly's secret for maintaining her beautiful complexion. He said that Kelly can go to sleep without consuming any food. She would go to sleep for 15 hours as she claims that it is the natural way of nourishment. She would not have to consume any nourishing food and she could save money!

Leon had even laughed at her with the director that she would look exactly the same after 10 years like a real sleeping princess! Kelly rebutted that in order to have good complexion, it is not just important to use beauty skin products. Sufficient sleep is even more important and what she was doing is to get enough time for resting! As such, she finds that filming past midnight is the most tiring. As to encourage herself for the shoots, she will cook some supper for herself while she is resting. All the cooking utensils were even bought by her. She hardly has the time do any cooking these years but finally has a chance to practise her cooking skills that she learnt when she was studying abroad.

陳 慧 琳 （ Kelly ） 完 了 《 江 山 美 人 》 香 港 首 映 禮 後 ， 早 前 已 飛 往 新 加 坡 為 電 影 宣 傳 。 在 活 動 上 Kelly 受 逾 千 fans 熱 烈 歡 迎 ， 除 了 與 fans 合 唱 主 題 曲 《 隨 夢 而 飛 》 ， 更 揮 毫 寫 下 片 名 「 江 山 美 人 」 ， 場 面 十 分 熱 鬧 。 稍 後 Kelly 會 與 黎 明 前 往 韓 國 ， 繼 續 為 電 影 作 宣 傳 。 連 同 內 地 及 港 台 、 馬 來 西 亞 票 房 ， 《 江 山 美 人 》 票 房 成 績 令 人 鼓 舞 。

今 次 Kelly 戲 中 飾 演 的 飛 兒 公 主 背 部 中 了 毒 針 ， 遇 上 黎 明 飾 演 之 段 蘭 泉 以 草 藥 解 毒 所 救 。 為 了 拍 攝 這 場 療 傷 戲 份 ， 黎 明 得 以 與 陳 慧 琳 近 距 離 肌 膚 之 親 ， 而 且 連 日 拍 攝 後 ， 黎 明 更 揭 發 了 Kelly 之 養 生 心 得 ： 「 每 逢 拍 攝 早 班 ， 我 們 都 是 六 時 開 工 ， 八 時 收 工 ， Kelly 可 以 任 何 東 西 也 不 吃 就 跑 去 睡 ， 一 睡 便 是 十 五 小 時 ， 她 稱 這 是 『 自 然 療 養 法 』 ， 不 用 吃 營 養 食 品 便 可 瘦 身 ， 多 省 錢 ！ 」

黎 明 還 跟 程 導 演 取 笑 Kelly ： 「 10 年 後 的 Kelly 應 該 跟 現 在 一 模 一 樣 ， 名 副 其 實 一 名 睡 公 主 ！ 」 而 Kelly 也 不 甘 示 弱 ： 「 要 皮 膚 好 除 了 用 護 膚 品 外 ， 最 重 要 是 睡 眠 充 足 ， 我 只 不 過 是 爭 取 時 間 休 息 ！ 」 所 以 她 覺 得 最 辛 苦 還 是 通 宵 拍 戲 ， 為 了 鼓 勵 自 己 ， 她 在 拍 通 宵 戲 時 會 在 休 息 車 中 煮 一 些 「 消 夜 」 來 吃 ， 如 香 蕉 班 戟 或 朱 古 力 蛋 糕 。 而 所 有 食 用 工 具 都 是 Kelly 購 置 的 。 其 實 她 近 年 已 很 少 煮 食 ， 想 不 到 今 次 為 了 拍 戲 ， 便 將 自 己 在 外 國 留 學 曾 經 煮 過 的 東 西 又 練 習 多 次 。
