Two nights ago, Sammul went to an indoor pool in Kwai Shing Wai to film The Academy 3. The plot is about him teaching Leung Kaki to swim.
Sammul Chan has to go into water again for The Academy 3. Since he has sponsor from an advertiser, his initial plan to wear triangular swimming trunks was changed to wearing beach shorts. In order to get ready for this scene, Sammul disclosed that he started to go on diet two months ago, only eats fruit and vege and chicken every day, he also restricts himself on sugary and salty food, the process was tough but the result was satisfatory, he received lots of praises, even the producer plans to increase his screen time for him to show off his body.
