Today is the 2nd day for TVB stars promo tour in Changsha, and also the most crowded event. Bowie Lam, Charmaine Sheh, Joe Ma, Myolie Wu, Sharon Chan and Selena Li arrived at Changsha to attend mass fans gathering. Fans from all over China gathered at the venue to have a closer interaction with their idols.
Charmaine helping fans to break the ice
It's indeed rare for TVB to send out 6 of their popular stars together for promotion. A lot of fans purposely traveled from other states just to see their idols. The fans gathering was scheduled to start at 3.30pm, but fans started to wait at the venue as early as 9am. They feel it was worth it as this gathering gave them the opportunity to interact with their idols, which is very rare. During one of the segment, one of Charmaine fans got so excited that she went speechless. Charmaine helped by saying: "Well, you can give me a kiss then." Finally the fans said: "Charmaine, you are so beautiful, us Hunan people loves you!"
Joe's fans giving him a tough time
At the gathering, there's a segment where fans can pose a challenge to their idol. For example having the stars speak Hunan dialect or performing aerobic dance. However, the toughest challenge must be Joe's, as in the "Let's Perform Together" segment the host asked what kind of performance they would like to see, and a lady fans suggested: "Earlier I saw your performance in [Strictly Come Dancing], in there you lifted your dance partner around. Even though I'm a little plump, I'd like to try it out too!" Joe laughed and pretended that he doesn't hear the request clearly. However in the end he thought out of another method, that is to allow the fans to stand on his thigh and then lift her up. The crowd shrieked in amazement and even the host felt envious.
