28 year old former 2005 Miss Hong Kong contestant and current TVB actress, Shermon Tang Sheung Man (鄧上文) gave birth to her first child, a baby boy on Monday, December 12, 2011 ; 11:58 am at St. Teresa's Hospital in Kowloon, Hong Kong. The baby's weight is 7 pounds and 15 ounces. His English name is Maddox Joy.
By her side is her husband, Andrew Joy who both married this year after a 12 long year relationship dates back to where they attended at King George V School in Hong Kong.
The baby's grandfather, a famous TVB actor star, English Tang Ying Mun (鄧英敏) talk to the reporters that he feels happy for the parents and their first son. He further explains where the baby looks so similar to baby's mother Shermon whose face, nose and his mouth are look the same features. Tang Ying Mun is helping her daughter to teach her how to feed the baby with mother's breast milk as the natural way for baby's development. He then tell them to to be a responsible parent like him and raised their kid to be healthy.
As for the baby's name, Tang Ying Mun says he let the parents decide English and Chinese name for the baby. His father (Andrew Joy) is Australian who stays in Hong Kong for a long time and went to school in a Chinese University who studied Cantonese, he now has a given Chinese name, Wai Luk Sum (為樂深). Andrew Joy name the baby's Chinese name to Luk Yin (樂然).
