Yesterday Sheren Tang appeared as a guest on Stephen Chan's "Be My Guest" programme. In 2004 Sheren lost out in receiving the Best Female Actress Award. The reporter asked Stephen if he will give her the award this year? He said "It's too early to discuss, but there is a new concept for the TVB Anniversary Awards. We are planning to see whether we could postpone the Ceremony until the end of December instead. (Don't you think it's unfair to "Sai Nai Nai" (Sheren's Character) because it's such a long wait?) "It will certainly have some influence but we will promote the series again during the time."

He also revealed that TVB series "Born Rich" and "Beyond the Realm of Conscience" are very likely to be this year's TVB Anniversary drama's.

Sheren said "Actually we are only in the middle of the year and there are many other drama's to be aired. I am already very satisfied to have been able to shoot "Rosey Business". Since 2004, it's no longer a matter to me. Awards will not give me any pressure." Stephen stated "If I said I was to give her the award, she will not be happy. It would also mean the awards are fixed and Sheren is the type of person that like fairness. She hates things that are set."

Yesterday Stephen Chan was at CRHK to promote Be My Guest stage version which is scheduled for April, he disclosed guests for the three performances include Eric Tsang, Liza Wang and Dodo Cheng, and there will be a mystery guest for the last performance. As for whether or not the mystery guest is Gillian Chung, Stephen said: "We will reveal when tickets go on sale in March, the show is a little similar to City Forum (城市論壇) but the focus is on entertainment. (Have you considered inviting Gillian?) Many people want to come, we will announce the guest list when we're certain. (If she has accepted the interview of Be My Guest TV version, will she come again to the stage version in April?) If she doesn't think it's a problem, in fact this can be considered." Stephen said this time he did not deliberately not invite TVB fa dan and siu san, he felt that the existing guests already have many things they can share with the audience.

Asked about Angela Tong drunk drinking trial that has been postponed to next month, Stephen said: "I will remind her never to drink and drive!" Earlier she panicked and crashed her car in the parking lot? "It's good she learned to be scared, I'm happy for her."

Bernice Liu and Stephen Chan visits Greenland to look at glaciers

TVB's General Manager and Bernice Liu had earlier went to Greenland to film a special show for TVB's anniversary. The both went to Greenland to understand the situation of the melting of glaciers, caused by global warming. The 2 were being surrounded by a large amount of huge ice mountains when they were at sea to look at the glaciers. Some of these ice mountains are as tall as a 10 storey building,it was a magnificent scene which was unforgetabble.

Contact with the Alaskans

The weather at Greenland was extremely cold. The highest temperature even when the sun is shining was 0 degrees celcius. During the trip, both Bernice Liu and Stephen Chan gave away much of their "first times" together, first times such as tasting the sea ice and first time interacting with alaskans. Other than the first times,Bernice Liu had also enjoyed her day playing with alaskan childrens. Stephen Chan has also enjoyed his experience with the alaskans when the alaskan ladies performed a traditional dance infront of him.

Rare Chance

The most unforgettable during this trip was,Stephen Chan has got a rare chance to step on a islet which was once being submerged under glaciers and ice. This rare opportunity had made him and the crews very happy and excited.

Yesterday night Moonlight Resonance cast held a celebration dinner at Central Wing Lung Bank Building hosted by TVB Vice Chairman Executive( i think that is what he is not sure ) Leung Nai Pang they had dinner in the top floor of the building and cast that attended includes Lee Si Kei, Raymond Lam, Moses Chan. Kate Tsui, Lee Heung Kam, Suzanna Kwan, Tavia Yeung , Lai Lok Yi & Louis Yeun. Also TVB Executives Stephen Chan, Catherine Tsang & Virgina Lok were also present

Leung Nai Pang presented 6 bottles of Red Wine for everyone to drink, Raymond Lam And Louis Yeun drank wine until their faces were all red before the dinner had ended. Raymond Lam who is rumour to have a high chance of winning Best Actor said that he doesn't drink red win but Maotai ( some type of Chinese liquor). The nights big joke was by Moses Chan to Raymond Lam when he said " As the present position of TV king i hope that this year you will become TV king" this made Raymond very happy so they both made a toast together drinking the Maotao but secretly Moses swapped his Maotai ( its like clear liquor) with water. As Raymond was in a high mood he kept drinking till his face turned red. In fact TVB high levels already expected Raymond to drink a lot so they advised him not to drive his car there.

Also fighting for best supporting actress award Lee Heung Kam and Tavia Yeung were present at the dinner but they both supported each other to win the award. What is most important is the friendship and competing is just second place for them.

Bernice dubbing a documentary for Stephen Chan

Bernice Lui will be dubbing a documentary called "Discover the New World" (發現新大陸). This will be the first time the she will work with Stephen Chan. There was a press conference yesterday where Bernice revealed "I am under a lot of pressure working with Stephen, the scripts are very thick and the bit about the bear and the bamboo lasted over an hour. My 'thanks' goes to Stephen as he knows my Cantonese is not very good, and that he gives me a chance to learn and practice."

Bernice praised Stephen for his enthusiasm. His voice is full of life. She herself has to rely on her father and her assistant for the translation but she has confidence that she will be fine, she also learned some new skills to improve her Cantonese.
