While some stars like Gary Chaw and Francis Ng have no qualms about appearing on a reality show with their children, Hong Kong actor Andy Lau prefers to keep a low profile when it comes to his personal life.
According to a report on HK Top Ten, the actor, who was filming "The Bodyguards" in Russia recently, was asked if he would appear on "Where Are You Going, Daddy?" with his daughter Hanna.
Mimicking his daughter, Andy replied, "I am not ready. I have to ask my dad if he doesn't mind. I am not sure if he is willing to babysit me."
The actor then said that he prefers Hanna to live a normal life, away from the spotlight, and would never do such a programme.
The actor also revealed that he rarely appears on music specials nowadays, as viewers are more interested in reality shows.
"There is no place for music shows anymore. Now everything has turned into "Grandpas Over Flowers" and food programmes," said the actor.
