HONG KONG - The daily also reported that Hong Kong actor Leon Lai sold his favourite car, a Ferrari 458 Italia, as the sound of the engine had frightened a little girl, who is his neighbour.
It is learnt that Lai had bought a fruit basket and personally apologised to the girl.
It said Lai had to sell the two-year-old car at a loss as he did not want his neighbours to be disturbed by the sound of the engine.
After selling the Ferrari, Lai bought a Bentley for his daily use.
