Paul Wong and Athena Chu held secret wedding

It was a top secret wedding for the couple as they invited only family and close friends

Hong Kong guitar maestro and Beyond's ex-member Paul Wong has once again dismissed talks that his baby with Athena Chu was born out of wedlock. He revealed that they registered their marriage and held a wedding reception long time ago.

"We only invited our family and close friends," Paul explained.


The longtime pair welcomed their newborn daughter "Char Siew Bun" on Tuesday. Refusing to disclose her actual birthdate, Paul commented that they would be planning a 100th-day party for the little girl.
Both have not decided on their daughter's name and are still collecting ideas from their family.
A self-proclaimed "burping" expert, Paul is proud that "Char Siew Bun" is starting to take after him. He joked, "[Athena] thinks it's a bad thing actually."
Paul also praised his wife for looking the same after giving birth and shared Athena will only be ready to meet the public once she has shed the extra 10kg gained during pregnancy.
