Ekin Cheng and Yoyo Mung got married secretly?

Following Ekin Cheng's recent successful proposal to Yoyo Mung, his girlfriend of six years, the Hong Kong actor-singer confirmed in an interview that the wedding date will be "scheduled sometime in early 2013".

However, sources believe that the couple threw a top-secret wedding celebration during a recent trip to Fukuoka, Japan. As Ekin and Yoyo constantly emphasised their desire to hold a "simple" and impromptu" wedding, it is believed that the unpredictable pair got married in Japan last Friday. Their family was also present to witness the joyous occasion.

So did they say "I do" in Japan or was it a pre-honeymoon holiday for Ekin and Yoyo?
Ekin's good friend, film producer Wilson Chin, was unclear about the secret wedding and said, "I only knew they went for a holiday."
The 45-year-old's manager, Sandy Lamb also confirmed news of the duo', but doubted that they would get married in Japan.
"If they were to get married, it will be in Beijing instead!" Sandy laughed.
