Miriam Yeung put on one-month bed rest

Hong Kong singer Miriam Yeung is facing baby woes.

The rumour mill has been running incessantly recently on news that the 37-year-old singer and hubby, Real Ting are expecting a baby.

While the couple has yet to openly admit to the speculation, Miriam gave indications of being pregnant when she appeared to be very careful while performing at her concert.

Despite so, there was a risky instance during her concert where the singer almost tripped on her skirt.

Hong Kong media speculates that Miriam will be due to deliver in July next year if the pregnancy is true.

According to reports, Miriam had complained of stomach pain on the last day of her five-night concert.

She was immediately brought to the hospital by hubby Real where the doctor ordered the singer to get sufficient rest. It was said that she needs to be put on bed rest for a month.

After her discharge, Miriam took to her microblog for a shout out to fans.

"All is well!" she wrote.

A spokesperson from her management company has since announced that Miriam has requested for a long break and will resume work on Feb 3 next year.

The singer was said to want a natural childbirth.
