Shirley Yeung Has A Low Limit In Patience

Shirley Yeung Has A Low Limit In Patience

The ratings of the newly released "The Silver Chamber Of Sorrows" has brought Shirley Yeung a big chance to earn more money, but she hasn't forgetten the Sichuan Earthquake crisis just yet. As the saying goes: "it is more blessed to give than to receive, so on the top of donating money and helping out as much as you can, you also learn to treasure those around you. Shirley says: "Every time I watch the news, I see many people who has lost their family. One most memorable incident was a teacher who managed to save four children. In the end they had to cut both their arms off - that selfless spirit was great!"

With a level 8 earthquake striking Sichuan, it allowed Shirley to think over the theory of environmental rights to pursure harmonious coexistence for man and nature. She says: "There are times when everything goes in a flash, so therefore you must keep reminding yourself to treat the people around you better." In the series "The Silver Chamber Of Sorrows", Shirley portrayed a maid but in reality, she has a clear pitiful look. However, she does not mind: "I have actually got good patience, but if I am teased very badly, there is actually a limit. Though, the limit is very low."

In addition, Shirley had to cut most of her long hair for her new series "The Good, The Bad & The Ugly". She says: "At first no one recognised me but I was very happy that I had received good comments rather than bad ones. To film series you must try different looks so next time I hope to become ugly, or a female ghost. This way, I can challenge myself!"
