Stephy Tang: I didn't mean to hurt anyone with my remark. Alex Fong teases her to irritance

Stephy Tang, who is coincidentally one of the women who has been rumored to be romantically involved with actor Edison Chen over a number of years earlier commented that her role in her upcoming movie "L for love, L for lies" <我的最爱> was "very naive and very silly", which reeked of seeming mockery towards the usage of the very same term by fellow hong kong celebrity Gillian Chung. Yesterday, Stephy, accompanied by another of her rumored boyfriends Alex Fong, attended another promotion event for her movie and expressed that she didn't mean to hurt anyone by using the casual expression she thought was best used to describe the character of her role in the film. She also stated that people were overly sensitive over her choice of words, which was chosen when she was focused on thinking about her character in the film, and not about another person. She further added that she barely remembered she used the term till people brought it up and was not worried that Gillian might misunderstand her because she was confident that people will understand through her actions.

In recent developments of the sex scandal case, reports have revealed that there are more female parties involved in the case. With regards to that, Stephy only had this to say "The police are now handling this case. I see no need to comment on the case." Though Stephy seemed to want closure on the issue, her rumored boyfriend Alex sighs at this point. This made her remark that Alex's character in their movie was of a sorrowful man. Upon hearing this, Alex unexpectedly and cheekily asks Stephy "Why? If a man is not naughty, women won't love him?" Stephy retorts to this in a somewhat irritated manner with "No, I just hope that this time we will be able to deliver something fresh to the audience."
