Earlier Shirley Yeung began filming for TVB New Series "Silver Mansion Golden Dust" 《銀樓金粉》. She had to film a scene with her lifetime's most feared creature, Eminent Frogs (Tin Gai)... this caused her to start crying. Shirley says, "When I was young, I went out with my mom to buy groceries and her mother would go buy the frogs and watch their skin get cut off and then boiled. Unfortunately, one of the live frogs accidently jumped onto my body and got me really scared. After that incident, I have some sort of fear towards them."

The scene talked about how Young Master Matt Yeung often plays jokes on his maid Shirley Yeung. The director originally planned to have him push her into a big cylinder [or something like that o.O], however because they were afraid the scene would turn out too violent, they decided to use the Eminent Frogs instead. But instead this made Shirley even more frightened and revealed her real personality. Shirley forces a smile, "the scene required me to act like I'm really afraid, but there is no need for me pretend because I already got so scared that I cried. Had to film a scene where the frog jumps on my leg, which already me made me scream so much that I lost my voice." Luckily the crew was very considerate, in the end they used a fake eminent frog for replacement. Shirley then could take a group picture happily.
